the room was very spacious and clean , a great experience. electronic check-in and check-out made everything simple. i liked the access to mgm facilities while staying away from casinos. i found it a perfect spot for a quieter experience.
the kitchen area lacked dishes and cookware , i couldn't fully utilize it.

I enjoyed a really lovely suite. It was BEAUTIFUL and very elegant. the bed was so comfortable and the shower was large, it had amazing water pressure. i even got to visit the 'lazy river' at the main complex, and that was a good highlight. valet parking was convenient, and the staff treated me with SUCH kindness.
The complex lacks restaurants on site. I must walk a distance to find a restaurant.

the suite included a balcony with beautiful views. i really liked the spacious bedroom it had. the valet crew was very professional. i found the staff very helpful and friendly. bring some cash for tips!!!
the pillows were too big. i requested a smaller pillow, but they said they didn't have any other options. i had to sleep without a pillow so i wouldn't get a neck ache.

The front desk staff was not always smiling. they responded quickly when i had questions. the valet service was speedy and convenient, and the staff helped me load my luggage without delay. a manager was always available.

there are several dining options on the hotel, including casual cafes and upscale restaurants. i was able to grab a quick coffee and pastry in the morning before heading out. the food was amazing!!! a wide array of beverages was available.

i really liked the location. it was close to the strip, and the moving walkway to the mgm grand was awesome! the room was spacious and quiet at night. a strip view balcony is a must!!!
the kitchen in my room did not work. the cooktop was faulty. i called the front desk several times, and they sent an engineer who said it could not be repaired and i should change rooms, but the hotel did not provide another room.

i stayed for a few nights and the experience was great!!! i really liked the suite, it had high-end appliances in the kitchen. the luxury spa bathroom with a large jetted tub was sooooo relaxing after a long day.
the walk to and from the main resort in tower 3 felt a bit long.
